07 Oct 2009 - TRANSFERS... Elder Lane is Now a Zone Leader with Elder Cunico in the Limpopo province of South Africa. About four hours Northeast of Johannesburg.

16 Jul 2009 - TRANSFERS Elder Lane got a GREENIE and is training. Elder Simmonds if from Utah.
Still District Leader. Still in Daveyton.

3 Jun 2009 - TRANSFERS - Elder Lane will be going to Daveyton to be the District Leader. His new companion will be Elder Leve from Brentwood TN.

31 May 2009 - 13 contacts at church.

24 May 2009 Mission President says to Elder Lane. "Good work, your area is 'on fire' keep up the good work. 22 contacts at church.

22 Apr 2009 - TRANSFERS....President Poulsen granted Elder Lane his desire to stay in the SOWETO area for another 6 weeks. :)
7 Feb. 2009 - ONE YEAR OUT !! and LOVING IT

24 Jan 2009 - Informed that his Greenie went HOME :( He will not be training. Elder Rajohanesa from Madagasgar will be his new companion.

7 Nov 2008 - NINE MONTHS OUT!! and loving it.

5 Nov 2008 - New AREA!! Dobsonville, A Township about 12 miles South-West of Johannesburg. A new companion, Elder Lind from Montana, out only 6 weeks, so Elder Lane is pretty much a trainer for a few weeks. A township is full of shacks and people that live sub "city" standards. This area is a "walking" area.

11 Aug 2008 - New AREA!! Alberton, South Africa suburb of Johannesburg- about 70km West of Secunda. New companion Elder Burnett from Washington.

7 Aug 2008 - SIX MONTHS OUT.......bumb,hump and jump no-slump!!

13 July 2008 - Elder Lane's First Baptism. Thembisile Khumalo

25 May 2008 - Apostle Russle M. Nelson speaks at Zone Conference in Johannesburg.

21 May 2008 - New Companion, Elder Garcia, from Antioch, CA - Elder Yarrington went East

19 May 2008 - Ollie, a friend, took Elder Lane and Elder Yarrington thru the SASOL Coal Refinery Plant

25 Mar 2008 - Tracting, Teaching Seminary & Young Mens & Speaking - Teaching the Missionary Lessons

27 Feb 2008 - In First Area. Secunda. New Companion Elder Yarrington.

27 Feb 2008 - Out of the MTC on to his first area. Have not heart from him yet.

2/23/08 - "The pictures I attached are all the Elders in front of the MTC, the MTC President and his wife and I, and me in front of the Johannesburg Temple."

2/16/08 - "There were 8 missionaries in London, yes I have a companion, his name is Elder Nare from Bloemfontein, South Africa, Rockland Branch. He is a great guy."
